Principal · Founder · Visionary Leader · Bengaluru, Karnataka
A Bengaluru educator who built an institutional legacy from the ground up — shaping futures, building character, and proving one inspired life can transform thousands.
Chapter One
K. Manjunatha's story begins not in a classroom, but in the fields. Son of a farmer who understood the value of hard work and the dignity of education, he carried those values forward into every school he would build and every student he would mentor.
Growing up in agriculture instilled perseverance and the long view. Seeds become forests — a truth that guides every classroom decision he has made in 33 years.
Education was never a given — it was a commitment. The one investment that no hardship, no circumstance, and no setback could take away from a family.
A village upbringing meant collective before individual. Today, his schools serve families of every economic background with one belief: quality education belongs to every child.
Chapter Two
A journey that began at a blackboard and grew into three institutions. Every year brought deeper wisdom and a wider circle of impact.
Began teaching Mathematics at secondary and senior secondary levels in Bengaluru. What started as a profession quickly became a calling — providing personalised guidance and career counselling that few institutions offered at the time.
Established early-morning and evening tuition, creating structured learning for students from primary through senior secondary. Hundreds of first-generation learners found their academic path here, many going on to universities and careers across India.
Founded the first campus of the group — a Nursery, Primary and High School recognised by the Government of Karnataka, located in Laggere, Bengaluru. The institution that started everything, built around affordable excellence and values-driven education.
Brought Vishnu High School into the group — recognised by the Government of Karnataka, located at BFW Layout, Ganapathinagar, Bengaluru. A second campus expanding the reach of quality education to a growing community.
Launched the crown institution of the group — Sri Vishnu International School, featuring a full-size artificial turf sports ground and international-standard facilities in the heart of Bengaluru. A statement that excellence at any scale is possible.
When COVID-19 struck, maintained full salaries for 100+ staff throughout lockdown, partnered with Dream A Dream NGO for community welfare, and organised food distribution and financial grants to affected families. Sustained uninterrupted teaching through rapid digital transition.
Engaged with government schools in Delhi and Mumbai, exchanging best practices in pedagogy. Attended Change the Script seminars hosted by Dream A Dream NGO. An educator who never stopped learning — or growing.
Chapter Three
Three qualifications. Three decades. Three institutions. A philosophy of leadership rooted in service, not status.

Chapter Five
Impact is not measured in years alone — it is measured in lives transformed, futures unlocked, and generations set on a better path.
Every number here represents a child who arrived unsure of their potential — and left knowing exactly what they were capable of.
Chapter Six
Five pillars. One philosophy. A vision that does not merely prepare students for examinations — it prepares them for life itself.
Education is the most powerful tool we have to transform lives and communities. Every child who walks through our gates carries the dreams of their family and the potential to shape tomorrow.
In over three decades working alongside thousands of young people, I have witnessed time and again what becomes possible when a student is genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My own journey — from a farming family to founding three schools in Bengaluru — taught me that circumstances need not define destiny.
We do not merely teach subjects. We nurture character, build confidence, and open pathways. To every parent who has trusted us with your child: that trust is the responsibility we wake up to every morning. To every student: your potential is limitless, and we are here to help you discover it.
